FC Barcelona has detailed the terms of two major commercial agreements with Ohana Development and Babylon Park that will be ratified at the club's upcoming General Assembly. What does the Ohana agreement involve?
The deal with Ohana Development makes the company a global sponsor of FC Barcelona. The most visible element will be the appearance of the Ohana logo on the back of the first team's shirt for three full seasons: 2027/28, 2028/29, and 2029/30.
Financially, the club will receive approximately 10 million euros annually during the first three years of the contract. Barcelona has already received between two and three million as an advance payment. After that initial period, Ohana will pay over one million euros annually for nearly three decades as a licensee for a residential development in the UAE, valid until 2055.
What does the Babylon Park project offer?
Babylon Park obtains a 25-year license to develop and operate an indoor family entertainment center with an FC Barcelona theme at Spotify Camp Nou. The company already manages similar facilities in Leganés, London, Belgrade, and Tel Aviv.
The space will offer an immersive experience combining football and family entertainment. This agreement complements the stadium's offerings and aims to attract visitors year-round, not only on match days. It represents a bet on diversifying income beyond the strictly sporting area.
