Former FC Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets makes debut as coach of Barça Atlètic in friendly against CE Europa. The team aims for its fourth win in preseason.
Barça Atlètic, coached by Juliano Belletti, plays its fourth preseason friendly at CE Europa's stadium. The match will be played behind closed doors.
Barça Atlètic has announced six signings: Javi Castro, Josué Caicedo, Juan Ybarra, Aziz Issah, Joni Hernández and Ignasi Quer, as well as the extension of Patricio Pacífico's loan. They have also promoted several youth players.
The match against CE Europa will not be the only friendly of the week. The team will train tomorrow, Friday and Saturday, and will visit Vilanova's field on Sunday. Next week, they will host Reus at Johan's field.
The friendly matches played so far have ended with a win against Hospitalet (1-2), a draw against Girona B (1-1), and a loss in the debut against Tona (2-1). The league will start against Naxara on the first weekend of September.
